After you have followed the directions on the above pages and the unit is still not working, please answer the following questions (in order for us to better help you in determining the problem), then click on the "Submit" button below.

1) Did you re-seat the cartridge (take it out, put it in, plug the power back in...)?
2) Did you unplug then plug the unit back in?
3) Did you try adjusting the volume?
4) Did you try adjusting the coarse volume setting?
5) Did you make sure all the connections to the phone system are intact?

7) Did you make sure the plug from the telephone system is plugged into the audio output jack on the DPU-2000?
