Unplug the power from the unit, take the old production cartridge out, put the new one in, plug the power back in.
What can we tell you? It's NOT A TAPE! No tape heads to clean,
no tape to break or stretch or get eaten. Our service is entirely DIGITAL. We
provide you with a CARTRIDGE which slips into the side of the box (Don't worry...
every time we send you a new production cartridge we'll send you a diagram on
how to take the old one out and put the new one in). Have you ever switched
game cartridges when playing "Atari or Nintendo"? Same method.
How long will it take to install the unit?
Less than 5 minutes.
Some people are a little apprehensive about having to install the unit themselves. Rest assured...it's a very easy process and shouldn't take you more than 5 minutes. Plug in the power, plug the cable from our unit to your telephone system's "MOH" connection... and PRESTO! You're set!
**NOTE: YOU MUST MAKE CERTAIN THAT YOUR TELEPHONE SYSTEM IS
"ON-HOLD" CAPABLE. YOUR TELEPHONE INTERCONNECT COMPANY (THE COMPANY
THAT INSTALLED YOUR TELEPHONE SYSTEM) CAN ANSWER THAT FOR YOU.**
Do I have to provide you with all the scripting information at once?
No.
Our Creative Director, Dave Jackson, will be in touch with you every so often (Based on how many productions per year your agreement is for) to remind you and make suggestions regarding the updating of your script. We won't inundate you with the task of having to provide all your information at once (unless you WANT to).
Will this unit answer my phones after hours?
No.
Our service provides the informative entertainment behind the
"Hold" button on your telephone. We don't supply the "Auto-answering"
devices that answer your phone when the office is closed. We CAN, however, supply
the voicing for your answering service if you wish. We can script it, produce
it and (given the type of system you have) either send you the production on
DAT, cassette, or even download directly into your phone system! Click here for more details

Will this unit replace the Muzak that is played throughout our store?
Only if you want it to...But we would advise against that.
Quite often when our sales team speaks to retail outlets, those
prospective clients think that our unit will play over their P.A. system. If
you hook it up only to your telephone system, then "No", it will not.
Who owns the copyright to the messages and the music?
We licence all background music to you for use in your on-hold
production. There are no worries about ASCAP, BMI or SOCAN fees.
Can I produce/supply my own message?
Sure. No problem. We've done that for a number of clients
who prefer to have their own voice or corporate jingle in with their messages.
What is the delivery time once we have approved the scripting?
Ten business days. Guaranteed. (Unless you are advised otherwise)
Does the music stop once the voices come in?
No.
The music fades a bit into the background as the voice comes
in, then fades back up when the voice is done. If you want a sample of how a

If I get just one production per year, how much would it cost me to get more should I need them?
Not much.
Give our sales staff a call. They'll be able to upgrade your
production package, renew your agreement, charge you for a single extra production...
